The Citruso Story: The Beginning Citruso has its roots firmly entrenched in carpet and upholstery cleaning, technical innovation and excellent customer service.
In 1982 Mark Filiatrault, a Vancouver based entrepreneur with a passion for sales and customer service founded High Quality Carpet Cleaning. His dream was to establish High Quality as the best carpet & upholstery cleaning service provider in Canada through excellent workmanship and complete customer satisfaction.
Determined to make his dream a reality Mark and his wife Beccy worked tirelessly to get High Quality on its feet. With it’s repeat and referral business High Quality grew its customer base throughout the Lower Mainland. By 2003 Mark’s company employed over 20 technicians and regularly had 16 units servicing a customer base of well over 35,000, cleaning over 1,500 homes and businesses per month.
